Problem Solving Works...

Very, very important and very, very useful

As a young Liberian woman, you must choose one skill to learn and improve the most powerful and life-changing skill which is:

Entrepreneurial Problem-Solving

This is the skill that turns any small opportunity into income. It works whether you becomes a tailor, hair braider, baker, farmer, mechanic, phone repairer, painter, plumber, or shopkeeper. It is the skill that multiplies all other skills.

Here is why entrepreneurial problem-solving is so valuable:

1. It teaches you how to see opportunities everywhere. A woman with this skill notices unmet needs around her:

• People need uniforms sewn.

• Families need vegetables.

• Motorbike riders need quick repairs.

• Neighbours want small breakfast bread.

Instead of waiting for a job, she creates one.

2. It makes any practical skill more valuable

Two women may both know how to braid hair.

But the one who:

• sets fair prices,

• treats customers well,

• advertises in the community,

• saves small profits,

• reinvests wisely,

…will always succeed more.

The technical skill matters, but entrepreneurial thinking makes it profitable.

3. It gives you power even when life is difficult

If the market changes, if customers slow down, if you move to another town, or if one skill no longer brings money, entrepreneurial problem-solving allows you to adapt quickly.

You can switch products, change strategy, and try new ideas.

This flexibility protects you from hardship.

4. It builds independence and leadership

A woman who knows how to think for herself, find opportunities, and solve problems becomes a leader in her home and her community.

People trust her judgment.

They follow her example.

They bring her ideas to build together.

5. It works with zero capital

Entrepreneurial problem-solving starts with the mind, not money.

Even with nothing in your pocket, you can begin by offering:

• labour,

• time,

• service,

• creativity.

This skill cannot be taken away, and it never stops growing.

There is no single best technical skill for every woman.

But there is one most powerful skill that lifts all others:

Becoming a problem-solver who thinks like an entrepreneur.

With this, you can succeed in any village, any city, and any market.

Take care. Problem solving really helps. It helps YOU.
